Introduction

This examination concentrated on inspecting factors that impact a traveller's choice of a low-cost carrier (LCC). An LCC, is an airline that separates itself in the market through lower ticket charges (Civil Aviation Authority, 2006). A full-service airline ordinarily offers travellers in-flight entertainment, checked baggage, meals, beverages and comfort, for example, covers and pillows in the ticket cost. The seats for the most part have leaner back than a low-cost carrier and also more leg room. The technology advancement has changed the traditional consumers review into electronic-mediated review that is known as electronic word of mouth (e-WOM). E-WOM may be appearing in a social media, website, blogs or independent website reviewer.
