LEADING INNOVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AT EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTRE - A CASE STUDY

Abstract

Early childhood education is important for the overall development of children ages 2-6 years old especially the emotional, social and physical aspects. Parents are looking for quality Early Childhood Education Centers. ABC is a startup Early Childhood Learning Centre and it is run by four partners who are enthusiastic about training and equipping the children to be champions in life. The Principal is one of the partners while the other three partners are training staff. The team is not satisfied with the status quo even though the center is running well. Therefore, they have engaged the author as consultant to analyze the current situation and to determine the areas that can be improved or changed and to propose and to lead the implementation plan for value creation to the stakeholders especially the parents and the community.
